Refund Policy

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported upon receipt.

For exchanges, return your item and make a new purchase. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Contact us at info@holobeampro.com if you haven't received your refund after 15 business days.
